Bringing Pickleball to Sandy Spring Volunteer Fire Station 40...and beyond!

On Friday, March 3, 2022, Jenny Sonnier and Becky Sisson (retired firewomen and avid pickleable player) had the privilege of donating their time to introduce the firefighters at Sandy Spring Volunteer Fires Station 40 to the great sport of pickleball!
Of course the station loved it and have already made plans to line their back lot with TWO pickleball courts to
use during the physical training hour!

Through the Selkirk Pickleball Growth Program OnPointPB has proactively secured 4 free pickleball paddles
donated directly from Selkirk to the station.
The Selkirk Growth Program also offers the following at a reduced price (+shipping and handling) to outfit the
first responders with
pickleball equipment through this program:
- Nets ($120),
- Paddles ($20 each)
- Balls ($11.95 pack of 6).

Donate today to support the growth of pickleball with those who selflessly serve our communities!
Who is next? Station 4 in Sandy Spring, MD!!!!
